Table-Served Dinner

Table-served dinners are served with one or two entrees,
mixed green salad, two accompaniments, dinner rolls,
dessert, and coffee service. If two entrees are selected,
exact number of each entree must be guaranteed
7 days before the event. 


Beef and Pork Entree Selections

Baked until perfectly moist and done, with cranberry chutney glaze

Sautéed breast of chicken finished with lemon and caper butter sauce

 
Fish Entree Selections

Pan seared with a light soy marinade; with a roasted shallot and basil infused olive oil

Pan-seared chicken breast  served with a sun dried tomato and artichoke wine sauce
Stuffed Shells
Pasta shells filled with a herbed ricotta cheese, baked in tomato sauce
 
Roast Turkey   
Oven roasted turkey breast, sliced and topped with a turkey gravy      
                         
Beef Brisket 
with horseradish cream sauce
 
Cortland Haddock
with a heavy butter crumb topping
