Taste to Go Catering Polices and Guidelines
Taste to Go is easy to order, easy to enjoy and easy on your budget!
We package Taste to Go orders so that you can easily pick them up and transport them to your event.
We promise to:
- Provide high-quality, economical catering packages
- Provide a well-presented pickup service
- Provide plates and utensils
- Provide package pick up at the agreed upon time in Corey Union
- Provide heating and temperature control instructions that will keep the food safe to consume
You promise to:
- To contact Campus Catering five business days before the pickup with your group's name, contact person , phone number, billing info and New York State tax-exempt certificate (if applicable). Less than five business days' notice will incur a 15 percent surcharge. Select a menu.
- Make any cancellations three business days before the pickup. Canceling your event with less than three business days' notice will incur a 15 percent surcharge.
- Order the appropriate size platter for your guest count and appetites from our Taste to Go menu
- Arrange pickup Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in Corey Union
- Store all food items properly if they are not consumed immediately to ensure the safety of your guests
- Use the trash bag that is provided with each order. Please make sure your event is picked up and the trash is placed in or next to the nearest trash container.
- Honor all "no food or beverage allowed" postings by keeping yiour service to those areas dedicated to food and beverage service
