Click I’m New Here link in the upper right corner of the page.

 

Enter your SUNY Cortland ID number (for example C00123456) and an Email address and repeat your Email address for confirmation. Then click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.

 

You will see a “Registration Complete” screen and the system will send you a password to the email address you entered. Click on the Close button, and you will return to the logon page. When you receive your password email, use the supplied password to logon.

 

Enter your SUNY Cortland ID number and password and click on the login button. When logged in you will see a page with links to Change your password (if you don’t want to use the one assigned by the system,) report your card as Lost/Stolen, and on the lower left side Make a Deposit.

 

You can now add funds using a credit card.

Click on the New User button. 

 

Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email address, Phone number, and a Password and repeat your password for confirmation. Then click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.

 

Click on the Confirm Info button at the bottom of the screen. Or, if you want to change your entries, click on the Back button.

 

After processing, you will see either a welcome screen that indicates success, or an error screen asking you to change one of your entries. You can now login and use Webfood as a “Frequent Diner”.

 

Once you have successfully logged in, you must create an account to use your Connections Account, Dragon Dollars (for pick up only), or meals (for pick up only) for payment.

 

Click on Accounts on the left side of the page, and then click on Add Payment Method. Pick a payment method from the drop down list, (click on the small down arrow to the right of the Card Issuer.)

 

You will see a screen asking for an Account Nickname, Cardholder Name, and an account number. An example for your Connections account would be “CONN,” “John Doe,” and “C00123456.” 

Click on the Add this Card button. You must log out, and then log back in to see this account associated with your profile.
