How do I use my Cortland ID Card?
All students and staff are required to have a Cortland ID Card. Your Cortland ID gives you Residence hall access, lets you use your meal plan or dining dollars at all dining locations on campus, and use Connections at select off-campus businesses, vending machines, the Campus Mini Mart, and the Campus Store.
You will also need your Cortland ID to enter the gym in the Student Life Center, check out books from the library, and print at a computer lab on campus.
How do I obtain an id card?
New students who have never before had a Cortland ID issued to them in any capacity should visit cortlandasc.com/essentials/idcard/id-photo and follow the instructions to upload a photo to be used on their ID card. Once the submitted photo has been approved, an email will be sent to the student's Cortland email address.
You are able to pick up your Cortland ID card from the Cortland Auxiliary office in Neubig Hall upon your arrival to campus. Students must bring a valid form of photo ID (i.e., a State Driver's License, State Photo ID, or Passport) to the Auxiliary office in order to be issued a Cortland ID.
Current Cortland students can obtain a replacement Cortland ID card by visiting the Cortland Auxiliary office in Neubig Hall. You are entitled to your first replacement ID card at no charge. Additional replacements will cost $15.
Replacement cards due to normal wear and tear are no charge. Just bring your damaged card to the Cortland Auxiliary office for a reprint.
